I am currently a Visiting Assistant Professor at Elizabeth City State University (ECSU). Areas of teaching include project management, entrepreneurship, organization behavior, and leadership & teamwork. Prior to joining ECSU, I spent over 20 years working for various government and corporate agencies as an engineer and project manager. In addition, I am the Executive Director of MAP Community Development Corporation, a small nonprofit working to better the lives of citizens in Northeastern North Carolina.
